摘要
针对当前地下综合管廊施工存在混凝土结构质量差、模板施工精度低等问题,基于复合材料建筑模板,开展对地下综合管廊施工技术的研究。根据地下综合管廊施工特点及要求,对复合材料建筑模板结构进行设计;采用外操作架结合盘扣式脚手架的方式,实现复合材料建筑模板水平转运;根据施工图纸,完成模板安装与拆除施工。应用实例证明,新的施工技术应用后,地下综合管廊混凝土结构质量显著提升,同时模板的结构精度也能够充分满足施工要求,促进工程整体施工水平的提高。
In response to the problems of poor concrete structure quality and low formwork construction accuracy in the current construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery,research on the construction technology of underground comprehensive pipe gallery is carried out based on composite material building formwork.Design the composite material building formwork structure based on the construction characteristics and requirements of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery.Adopting an external operating frame combined with a buckle type scaffold to achieve horizontal transportation of composite building formwork.According to the construction drawings,complete the installation and dismantling of the formwork.Application examples have shown that after the application of new construction techniques,the quality of the concrete structure of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery has significantly improved,and the structural accuracy of the formwork can also fully meet the construction requirements,promoting the overall construction level of the project.
