摘要
目的 观察高压氧联合针刺治疗睡眠障碍心脾两虚证临床疗效。方法 将90例睡眠障碍心脾两虚证患者按照随机数字表法分为3组,高压氧组30例予高流量吸氧治疗,针刺组30例予针刺治疗,联合组30例予高压氧联合针刺治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),并统计2组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组总有效率96.67%(29/30),高压氧组总有效率76.67%(23/30),针刺组总有效率80.00%(24/30),联合组的临床疗效优于高压氧组和针刺组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后中医证候各项评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后均低于高压氧组和针刺组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后PSQI各项评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后均低于高压氧组和针刺组(P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 高压氧联合针刺治疗睡眠障碍心脾两虚证可有效改善其症状,进一步提升疗效及睡眠质量,且安全性良好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)combined with acupuncture on sleep disorders(SD)of heart-spleen deficiency.Methods Totally 90 SD patients of heart-spleen deficiency were randomized 1∶1∶1 to receive high flow oxygen(the HBO group)or acupuncture(the acupuncture group)or HBO combined with acupuncture(the combined group)for 4 weeks.The aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the combined group was better than that in the HBO group and the acupuncture group(96.67%[29/30]vs 76.67%[23/30],80.00%[24/30],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,TCM symptom scores in the three groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which decreased notably in the combined group compared with the HBO group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).PSQI scores in the three groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the combined group than in the HBO group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For SD patients of heart-spleen deficiency,HBO combined with acupuncture can effectively improve symptoms,further improve efficacy and sleep quality,and which is safe.
