东南沿海地区立筒仓升级改造及试验

摘要 随着储粮科技创新的发展,特别是空调控温、富氮气调、机械通风和粮情测控技术的成熟应用,解决粮食立筒仓科学绿色储粮问题,不仅可以提高仓容利用率,缓解粮库因新增规模带来的仓容紧张问题,同时实现立筒仓常年储备功能具有现实可操作性,因此立筒仓功能转型升级试验很有必要。文章对立筒仓整体概况进行阐述,从气密性、环流熏蒸、氮气气调、空调控温等方面进行全面升级改造,并进行试验验证。结果表明,仓房气密性显著提升,延长了氮气气调保持有效浓度的时间,粮温变化幅度降低,同时也降低了后期保管人员的劳动强度和保管成本。 With the development of scientific and technological innovation in grain storage,especially the mature application of air-conditioning,nitrogen-enriched air-conditioning,mechanical ventilation,and grain situation measurement and control technology,the problem of scientific and green grain storage in grain silos can be solved,it can not only increase the utilization rate of storage capacity,alleviate the tension problem of storage capacity caused by the new scale of grain depot,but also realize the practical operability of vertical silo's long-term storage function,therefore,it is necessary to test the transformation and upgrading of silo function.This paper expounded the general situation of the vertical silo,and comprehensively upgraded and remade the silo from the aspects of air tightness,circulation fumigation,nitrogen air conditioning,air conditioning temperature control,etc.The results showed that the air-tightness of the storehouse was obviously improved,the time of maintaining effective concentration of nitrogen was prolonged,the range of grain temperature change was reduced,and the labor intensity and storage cost of the storekeepers were also reduced.
