摘要
培塑涉农大学生科学就业观,能最大限度释放农科人才培养红利,提升其到基层和农业相关行业就业的充分性、稳定性和职业契合度。综合考虑地方农林高校涉农人才培养需求、新农科建设需求、更高质量充分就业需求,本文提出优化基于校本资源的“学农为农”就业观培塑模式,建立校本生涯文化就业育人环境和机制,深化一二课堂贯通式培养改革,优化校地企融通协同实践育人体系,完善涉农人才服务行业就业精准供需匹配机制,并阐述四川农业大学的实践与创新举措,为地方农林高校涉农专业大学生就业观培塑改革提供思路和参考。
Cultivating the scientific employment concept of agriculture-related college students can maximize the release of the dividends of agricultural talent training,and enhance the adequacy,stability and career fit of their employment at the grassroots level and agriculture-related industries.Comprehensively considering the needs of local agriculture and forestry colleges and universities for the cultivation of agriculture-related talents,the construction of new agricultural sciences,and the needs of higher quality and full employment,this paper proposes to optimize the training model of the employment concept of"learning agriculture for agriculture"based on school-based resources,establish the environment and mechanism of school-based career culture employment and education,deepen the"one-two"classroom training reform,optimize the school-local enterprise integration and collaborative practice education system,improve the precise supply and demand matching mechanism for employment in the agriculture-related talent service industry,and elaborate the practice and innovation measures of Sichuan Agricultural University.It provides ideas and references for the reform of the employment concept of college students majoring in agriculture in local agriculture and forestry universities.
