摘要
采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术,通过代谢组学的研究方法,探讨阿司匹林在二甲苯诱导的小鼠急性耳肿胀实验中血浆代谢物的差异及影响的代谢途径。结果发现阿司匹林逆转了9种急性炎症的血浆代谢物标志物。主要通过调节血浆中抗坏血酸和醛酸代谢,甘油磷脂代谢,葡萄糖醛酸酯的相互转化代谢,花生四烯酸代谢来影响机体的代谢。
UPLC-Q-TOF/MS technology was used to explore the differences in plasma metabolites and the metabolic pathways affected by aspirin in xylene-induced acute ear swelling in mice through a metabolomics method.The results showed that aspirin reversed nine plasma metabolite markers of acute inflammation.Aspirin mainly affected the metabolism of the body by regulating the ascorbate and aldarate metabolism,pentose and glucuronate interconversions,glycerophospholipid metabolism,arachidonic acid metabolism.
