碱熔-电感耦合等离子体质谱碰撞模式测定铝土矿中镓残留

摘要 铝土矿是提炼镓的主要来源,准确测定镓含量对于铝土矿资源综合评价和综合利用具有重要意义。本实验建立了一种采用氢氧化钠熔矿,并在提取液中加入铼为过程内标,然后分取清液酸化,用ICP-MS碰撞模式去干扰测定铝土矿中镓的准确、快速分析方法。该方法不仅可以保证样品分解完全,同时可分离基体中大部分干扰元素,降低基体效应的影响,还可以有效抑制稀释及操作误差。按照实验方法测定多个铝土矿国家一级标准物质测定结果的相对标准偏差为(RSD,n=6)为0.59%~4.27%,测定值与认定值的对数差∆log C≤0.05,标准物质的测定值与认定值基本一致,满足规范要求,可用于铝土矿中镓的分析。 Bauxite is the main source of gallium extraction,so accurate determination of content of gallium is important for the comprehensive evaluation and utilization of bauxite resources.In this study,an accurate and rapid analytical method is established by using sodium hydroxide to melt ore,adding rhenium as the internal standard in the extraction solution,then separating the clear solution and acidizing,and determining gallium in bauxite by ICP-MS under KED mode.This method can not only ensure the complete sample decomposition and separate most of the interfering elements,but also separate most of the interfering elements,and reduce the influence of matrix effect.The accuracy and reliability of the method are validated using national standard reference materials of bauxite.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of the determination results range from 0.59%to 4.27%,and the logarithmic difference(∆log C)between the measured value and the identified value is less or equal to 0.05,meeting the requirements of the standard.Therefore,this method can be used for the analysis of gallium in bauxite.
