基于OrcaFlex的码头至敷缆船动态电缆导缆分析

摘要 为了研究码头至敷缆船动态电缆导缆过程中缆线所受载荷表现,对整个导缆过程展开调查。基于OrcaFlex,分析了不同时间、不同位置、不同潮流对导缆的影响,并对相应工况下的悬链线形进行采样,发现在低潮工况下,缆线张力相对较大。同时,研究了不同设备损坏时的异常工况,发现张紧器损坏在缆线上主要表现为受拉,转盘损坏在缆线上主要表现为受压,而缆线失效的原因则因导缆所在位置而发生变化。 To investigate the loads on the cable during the dynamic cable load-out process from wharf to cable transportation barge,a survey of the entire cable load-out process was conducted.Influence of different times,locations and tides on the cable was studied,and catenary shape of the cable under corresponding conditions was sampled based on OrcaFlex.It was found that the cable tension was relatively high under low tide conditions.Meanwhile,abnormal operating conditions resulting from equipment damage were also studied.It was found that tensioner damage mainly manifested as tensile stress on the cable,while turntable damage mainly manifested as compressive stress.The reason for ultimate failure of the cable varied depending on cable location.
