摘要
摩擦摆隔震支座中滑动材料的摩擦特性对支座隔震耗能起着关键作用。采用摩擦材料试验机,通过控制变量法,对目前常用的4种滑动耐磨材料聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、改性聚四氟乙烯(M-PTFE)、改性超高分子量聚乙烯(M-UHMWPE)以及新型改性高分子量达克纶(HSM)开展试验,系统研究了正压应力、滑移速度、温度、对磨件粗糙度、长期磨耗对材料摩擦特性的影响规律,比较分析了4种材料的性能优劣点,为明确其不同服役环境提供了参考依据。
The frictional characteristics of the sliding material plays a crucial role for the isolation and energy dissipation character of friction pendulum isolated bearing.This article described a series of test carried out by sliding material test machine through control variable method on four kinds of commonly materials,polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),modified polytetrafluoroethylene(M-PTFE),modified ultra-high molecular polyethylene(M-UHMWPE)and new type modified high molecular weight dacron(HSM)materials.Those tests systematically studied the influence of pressure stress,sliding speed,temperature,surface roughness of counterface,and long-term wear on the friction characteristics of materials,compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of the four materials.The results provided a reference for clarifying their different service environments.
