专升本退役大学生士兵学业能力提升探索——以福建商学院财务与会计学院为例

摘要 随学历教育政策的不断出台,通过专升本考试从部队走向校园进行学历提升的退役大学生士兵,逐渐成为普通高等学校学生的重要组成部分。学院在日常管理服务中发现该群体面临专业基础参差不齐、学业适应步履维艰、学习成效不尽人意等现实问题,由此开展学情调研,通过学院联动、部门协同、导员助力、学生互动、教师协作、定期复盘、价值触动等举措,探索专升本退役大学生士兵学业能力提升路径,助力其成长成才。 With the continuous introduction of educational policies,ex-soldier students who pass the upgraded examination from the army to the campus have gradually become an important part of students in regular colleges and universities.During daily management services,colleges have observed that this group faces practical academic challenges such as uneven foundational knowledge,difficulties in academic adaptation,and unsatisfactory learning outcomes.Consequently,the college conducted a study on this situation and explored various measures including college linkage,department coordination,counsellor assistance,student interaction,teacher collaboration,regular assessments,value-oriented guidance and other strategies to facilitate their academic growth.
