大型履带式起重机空中组对接杆技术的应用

摘要 在石化装置检修施工期间,由于施工场地受限,大型履带式起重机(或称履带吊)的臂杆无法在地面上完成组对接杆作业。在确保安全的前提下,利用空中组对接杆技术,实现其在有限的场地内组对接杆作业以达到设备吊装所需的臂杆长度。本文以某装置检修为例,介绍履带式起重机空中组对接杆工艺,为后续在有限场地内进行履带式起重机组对接杆作业提供参考借鉴。 In a shutdown maintenance environment,due to the limited space,large crawler cranes are unable to perform ground assembly and docking operations.Under the premise of ensuring safety,the assembly operation of a large crawler crane in a confined space can be successfully completed through aerial assembly of connecting rods.This paper introduced the lifting process and aerial assembly process by taking an example of a practical maintenance,and will provide the reference and experience for similar crane assembly operations in confined spaces.
