摘要
幼儿职业启蒙教育对于引导幼儿开启职业生涯以及培养正确的职业价值观具有重要意义。调研发现,幼儿家庭职业启蒙教育中存在家长对于职业启蒙教育认知不足、家庭教育中对职业启蒙教育重视程度较低、家庭职业启蒙教育方式方法单一等问题。基于调查结果,本文对幼儿家庭职业启蒙教育提出如下策略:一是家长更新职业观念,帮助幼儿树立正确的职业价值观;二是丰富职业启蒙教育形式,增强幼儿职业体验参与感;三是多方合作,促进幼儿职业启蒙教育发展。
Infants’vocational enlightenment education is of great significance for guiding them to start their careers and cultivate correct view on career values.Questionnaires and interviews show that there are some problems in infants’in-family vocational enlightenment education,for example,many parents don’t fully understand and don’t give enough attention to vocational enlightenment education,or they only have limited methods of in-family vocational enlightenment education.Based on the survey results,the following strategies are proposed for infants’in-family career enlightenment education:Firstly,parents should update their career concepts and help infants establish correct view on career values;Secondly,enrich the forms of career enlightenment education and enhance infants’sense of career experience;The third is to cooperate with multiple parties to promote the development of infants’career enlightenment education.
