摘要
2023年英国政府发布“创意产业部门愿景”,提出创意产业再出发的举措及目标。通过加大研发投入、优化投资环境、鼓励出口等措施,促进创意产业发展;通过加强教育公平、技能培训、优化发展环境等措施,促进创意产业新增就业岗位;通过发挥创意产业在改善福祉、应对环境挑战、提升软实力等方面的作用,最大限度释放创意产业溢出效应。
In 2023,the UK government released the“Vision for the Creative Industry Sector”,proposing measures and goals for the creative industry to restart.By increasing investment in research and development,optimizing the investment environment,and encouraging exports,we aim to promote the development of the creative industry;by strengthening educational equity,skill training,and optimizing the development environment,we aim to promote the creation of new employment opportunities in the creative industry;by leveraging the role of the creative industry in improving well-being,addressing environmental challenges,and enhancing soft power,we aim to maximize the spillover effects of the creative industry.
