延安气田X井区地面集输系统低成本工艺优化研究

摘要 近年来延安气田采用中压集输工艺的已投产井区地层压力衰减过快,部分单井因输压过低难以并网生产,同时受黄土原沟壑地貌影响,集输管道起伏较大,积液问题严重,对此采用井口增压和管道通球虽然可以在短期内缓解该问题,但依然难以达到设计的稳产年限,需要整体提前增压,造成较大的投资浪费。X井区原工艺路线为中压集气,采用“集中注醇、单井进站、井口计量、返输用气”模式,通过对试采数据分析及多方案比选,通过降低集输系统压力,采用“井间串接、二级增压、移动计量、站内自用”的工艺路线,减少发球井场40座,采气管道133 km,取消井口固定计量、注醇和返输气管道,同时无需建设注醇配套设施及水处理装置,直接减少投资2368.29万元,同时避免原方案稳产期末再投资增压设施12781万元,整体上X井区方案优化后投资可减少15149.29万元,表现出良好的经济效益。 In recent years,it has been found in Yan'an Gas Field that the formation pressure of blocks using medium pressure gathering technology has decreased too fast,and some single wells are difficult to produce due to low pressure.Meanwhile,being affected by the harsh environment,pipelines have large position fluctuations and serious liquid accumulation problems.Although the problem can be mitigated in the short term by using wellhead pressurization and pipeline pigging,it is still difficult to achieve the designed stable production period.It is necessary to increase the pressure in advance as a whole,which results in a large waste of investment.The original process route of X block is medium pressure gas gathering with“centralized chemical injection,single well tie-in,wellhead metering,and gas return for use”.After the analysis of production test data and the comparison of multiple schemes,by using the lower pressure of the gathering system,this paper applies the process route of“cross-well connection,two-stage pressurization,mobile metering,and station self-using”.The number of pigging facilities is reduced by 40 and the length of the flow line is reduced by 133 km.The wellhead fixed metering,methanol injection,and return gas pipelines are canceled.In addition,there is no need to build supporting facilities for chemical injection and water treatment equipment.Eventually,these measures reduce the investment by 23.6829 million CNY.Also avoiding the investment in boosting facilities of 127.81 million CNY at the end of the stable production period,the overall investment has been reduced by 151.49 million CNY of X block,showing good economic benefits.
