摘要
当前中国经济高质量发展面临复杂多变的外部环境,全球产业链面临重构趋势。在本轮全球产业链重构中,国家权力发挥着重要的外部推动力量,推动了全球产业链重构。此外,国际经贸规则重构、科技革命、生产区域化和本地化、生产绿色化等都在一定程度上推动了全球产业链重构。为应对全球产业链重构给中国带来的冲击,在国际层面要破除封锁,构建以我为主的全球产业链网络;在国内层面要强化内功,构建国家产业链内循环体系。
At present,China's high-quality economic development faces a complex external environment,and the global industrial chain is facing a restructuring trend.State power plays an external driving force in the restructuring of the industrial chain.In addition,the scientific and technological revolution,the restructuring of international eco-nomic and trade rules,the localization of production regionalization and the greening of production have also promot-ed the restructuring of the global industrial chain to a certain extent.
