摘要
目的:探索腹腔镜下改良的宫角妊娠荷包缝扎法用于止血预处理。方法:收集2022年2月-2023年2月于本院因宫角妊娠在腹腔镜下行改良荷包缝扎法的11例患者临床资料,分析手术治疗效果。结果:11例术中出血5~100ml,手术时间35~90min,无一例发生副损伤及紧急中转开腹。术后6例因血hCG下降满意未口服米非司酮,5例单次口服200mg米非司酮片1片巩固治疗。11例血清β-hCG于术后1月内均降至正常,术后月经均正常。结论:改良的腹腔镜下宫角妊娠荷包缝扎法安全、有效,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the improved purse string suture during laparoscopic uterine horn pregnancy surgery of patients for preconditioning of their hemostasis.Methods:The clinical data of 11 patients with uterine horn pregnan:cy who had received the improved purse string suture during laparoscopic surgery from February 2022 to February 2023 were collected retrospectively.The therapeutic effect of the surgery was analyzed.Results:The intraoperative blood loss of 11 patients ranged from 5 to 100ml,and the operation time of the patients was 35 to 90 minutes.None of the patients suffered from the collateral injury or the emergency conversion to laparotomy.6 patients had not taken.mifepristone orally because of the satisfaction of the decrease of the serum HCG level after the surgery,and 5 patients had taken 200mg mifepristone tablets orally once for consolidation treatment.The serumβHCG level of 11 patients within 1 month after surgery had decreased to normal,and the menstruation of these patients was normal after surgery.Conclusion:The improved purse string suture during laparoscopic surgery of the patients with uterine horn pregnan-cy is safe and effective,which is worthy of the clinical application.
