摘要
人才是企业高质量发展的“源头活水”。企业作为重要的微观经济主体,扮演着创新“主力军”的角色,要以关键核心技术创新不断强化高质量发展的基础性和战略性支撑。加速关键核心技术创新,企业应有所作为。具体来讲,企业应积极践行国家关键核心技术领域人才政策,做聚集人才的引路人、人才培养的责任人、人才使用的管理人,助力关键核心技术突破,构建新型政企关系。
Talent is the“source of living water”for the high-quality development of enterprises.Enterprises,as important microeconomic subjects,play the role of innovation“main force”,and should continuously strengthen the basic and strategic support for high-quality development with key core technology innovation.To accelerate the key core technology innovation,enterprises should do something.Specifically,enterprises should actively practice the national talent policy in the field of key core technologies,be the guide for gathering talents,the responsible person for cultivating talents,and the manager for using talents,help breakthroughs in key core technologies,and build a new type of government-enterprise relationship.
