摘要
为解决工厂统计数据质量不高、时效性差、统计工具陈旧短缺、公信力不足等问题,提出建立工厂统一大数据仓库,以正确处理数字治理新思维与传统治理机制之间的关系,提升现代化管理水平。详细阐述了工厂大数据仓库的建立方式,基于商业智能化分析工具建立原辅料消耗分析的关键模型及算法,快速分析、查找问题症结点。以2020年—2021年的生产消耗数据应用分析为例,该方法可快速聚焦异常波动的消耗指标,并及时找出问题源头。
To solve the problems of low quality,poor timeliness,outdated and insufficient statistical tools,and insufficient credibility of factory statistical data,it is proposed to establish a unified big data warehouse for factories,correctly handle the relationship between new digital governance thinking and traditional governance mechanisms,and improve the level of modern management.This paper elaborates on the establishment method of a factory big data warehouse,establishes key models and algorithms for raw material consumption analysis based on commercial intelligence analysis tools,and quickly analyzes and identifies problem nodes.Taking the application analysis of production consumption data from 2020 to 2021 as an example,this method can quickly focus on consumption indicators with abnormal fluctuations and promptly identify the source of problems.
