摘要
通过分析液压支架护帮处的宽窄杆及铰接销轴受力情况,建立了此处的优化设计理论方法,解决了该环节缺乏理论分析方法的难题。同时,将分析计算过程汇编,形成了一套强度校核程序,避免了重复计算分析的问题。优化后,铰接销轴的安全系数可提高至原来的3~4倍。
Through the systematic analysis of the force of the wide and narrow rod and the hinged pin shaft at the protective devices of the hydraulic support,the optimization design theory method here is established,which solves the problem of the lack of theoretical analysis method in this link.At the same time,the analysis and calculation process is compiled to form a set of strength check program,which avoids the problem of repeated calculation and analysis.After optimization,the safety factor of the hinged pin shaft can be increased to 3~4 times of the original.
