夏热冬暖地区校园建筑运行阶段碳减排潜力评估——以广州大学城某校区为例

摘要 “碳达峰”和“碳中和”是当今社会的热点议题。高校的碳减排是保障“碳中和”的重要工作,高校建筑运行阶段的碳减排更是其中的关键一环。以广州大学城某校区为研究对象,探究夏热冬暖地区校园建筑运行阶段的碳减排潜力。使用Energy体的减排率,为高校管理部门制定合理的“碳中和”行动路线提供数据参考。 Carbon peak and carbon neutrality are hot issues in the current society,and the carbon emission at universities is the key to safeguard the carbon neutrality,within which,the carbon emission reduction in the operation period of university buildings is a crucial part.In this paper,we take a campus in Guangzhou University City as the object to explore the carbon reduction potential for campus buildings in the operation period in hot summer and warm winter zone.Energy Plus software was used to simulate and analyze the carbon reduction effects of various retrofit measures in envelope structure and operation management,and to quantify and compare the reduction rate of the campus as a whole after different stages of retrofit.The study can provide data reference for the university management to formulate a reasonable carbon neutral course of action.
