摘要 挤压宽展比、宽厚比和壁厚差较大的型材多采用搅拌摩擦焊方式焊接,这对型材之间的对接焊间隙提出严格的要求,导致型材的生产难度较大。从模具结构、挤压工艺,尤其是在线淬火工艺方面解决壁厚差较大型材的生产难点,改善型材的整体侧弯问题。对型材部分位置的侧弯情况进行统计,明确侧弯典型位置,在定尺锯切环节进行避让,保证复杂截面型材的顺利供货。 Extrusion of sections with large width-to-width ratio,width-to-thickness ratio,and wall thickness difference mostly uses friction stir welding,which imposes strict requirements on the butt welding gap between sections,making the production of sections more difficult.This article aims to solve the production difficulties of profiles with large wall thickness differences in terms of mold structure,extrusion technology,and especially online quenching technology,and improve the overall side bending of profiles.In addi⁃tion,it is necessary to make statistics on the lateral bending situation of the partial positions of the profiles,clarify the positions,and avoid collision during the fixed length sawing process to ensure the smooth supply of complex cross-section profiles.
