摘要
试验旨在研究道路运输对羔羊体重、血液生化指标和临床指标的影响,为生产中有效缓解羔羊运输应激提供理论依据。选取平均体重(21.52±1.22)kg健康4月龄羔羊10只进行8 h的长途运输,分别在运输前后进行称重、静脉采血,并测定体温、呼吸频率、脉搏等临床指标。结果表明:①道路运输使羔羊体温、呼吸和脉搏频率极显著升高(P<0.01),体重降低了15.31%(P<0.05)。②道路运输极显著升高了羔羊血清中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平(P<0.01),显著升高了皮质醇(COR)和肌酸激酶(CK)水平(P<0.05),血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平无显著变化(P>0.05)。③道路运输显著降低了羔羊血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平(P<0.05),显著升高了白介素-6(IL-6)水平(P<0.05),血清中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平与运输前差异不显著(P>0.05)。④道路运输显著降低了羔羊血清中葡萄糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)水平(P<0.05)。⑤道路运输显著降低了羔羊血清中红细胞总数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白含量(MCH)(P<0.05),红细胞平均体积(MCV)极显著降低(P<0.01),白细胞总数(WBC)显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,羔羊经过8 h道路运输后发生了明显的应激反应,导致羔羊体重下降,机体代谢增强,炎症反应增强,免疫系统受到了一定程度损伤。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of road transportation on body weight,blood biochemical parameters and clinical parameters of lambs,and to provide a theoretical basis for effectively relieving lamb transportation stress in production.Ten healthy 4-month-old lambs with an average body weight of(21.52±1.22)kg were selected for 8 h long-distance transportation.Weighing and venous blood sampling were performed before and after transportation,and clinical parameters such as body temperature,respiratory rate,and pulse were measured.The results showed that:①road transport significantly increased the body temperature,respiration and pulse rate(P<0.01),and decreased the body weight by 15.31%(P<0.05).②Road transport significantly increased adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels in lamb serum(P<0.01),significantly increased cortisol(COR)and creatine kinase(CK)levels(P<0.05),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels in serum did not change significantly(P>0.05).③Road transport significantly decreased immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and levels in the serum of lambs(P<0.05),and significantly increased interleukin-6(IL-6)levels(P<0.05),and immunoglobulin M(IgM),interferonγ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels in the serum were not significantly different from those before transport(P>0.05).④Road transportation significantly decreased glucose(GLU),total protein(TP),and albumin(ALB)levels in the serum of lambs(P<0.05).⑤Road transport significantly decreased red blood cell(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)levels(P<0.05),significantly decreased mean corpuscular volume(MCV)levels(P<0.01),and significantly increased(WBC)levels(P<0.05)in lamb serum.Lambs developed a significant stress response after 8 h of road transport,resulting in weight loss,enhanced body metabolism,enhanced inflammatory response,and a certain degree of damage to the immune system in lambs.
