摘要
试验将240只1日龄肉种鸭雌鸭苗作为试验对象,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在基础饲粮基础上分别添加5×10^(8)、8×10^(8) CFU/kg的0.1%枯草芽孢杆菌,试验期为60 w。结果表明:①试验Ⅱ组生长速度极显著提高(P<0.01),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);②第10周测量的肉用性能体尺指标,试验Ⅱ组除胸深和胫围无显著差异外(P>0.05),其余指标均差异极显著(P<0.01);③繁殖性能方面,与对照组相比较,试验Ⅱ组产蛋前期成活率、产蛋率和只供产蛋数无显著差异(P>0.05),软破蛋率、种蛋合格率、蛋重、受精率、孵化率、健雏率等指标均差异极显著(P<0.01),产蛋后期种蛋合格率、受精率、健雏率指标无显著差异(P>0.05),蛋重指标差异显著(P<0.05),其余指标均为差异极显著(P<0.01)。由此可知,日粮中添加0.1%枯草芽孢杆菌制剂8×10^(8) CFU/kg添加量时,对肉用种母鸭生产性能、体尺和繁殖性能影响效果最佳。
In this experiment,240 one-day-old female ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 20 ducks in each replicate.Ducks in the control group were used a basal diet,and those in the test Ⅰ,Ⅱ group were used the basal diet supplemented with 5×10^(8) CFU/kg and 8×10^(8) CFU/kg 0.1% Bacillus subtilis.The experiment lasted for 60 weeks.The results showed as follows:①compared with the control group,the growth rate of test Ⅱ group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).②The body size indexes of meat performance measured at the 10th week showed no significant difference in test group Ⅱ except chest depth and shin circumference(P>0.05),the difference of other indexes was very significant(P<0.01).③In terms of reproductive performance,compared with the control group,there were no significant differences in the survival rate,laying rate and the number of eggs laid only in trial Ⅱ group(P>0.05),but there had significant differences in the soft broken egg rate,the qualified rate of breeding eggs,egg weight,fertilization rate,hatching rate and healthy brood rate(P<0.01).The index of qualified rate,fertilization rate and healthy brood rate had no significant difference(P>0.05),the index of egg weight had significant difference(P<0.05),and the other indexes had extremely significant difference(P<0.01).In conclusion,the diet supplemented with 0.1% Bacillus subtilis preparation 8×10^(8) CFU/kg has the best effect on the performance,body size and reproductive performance of meat-type breeder female ducks.
