华北煤田不同矿井水中溶解性有机物荧光特征对比研究——以东滩煤矿为例 被引量:2

摘要 使用紫外—可见光谱和三维荧光光谱技术结合平行因子分析法,对比分析了东滩煤矿上下组煤矿井水中DOM的来源、组成和分布特征。结果表明,上组煤矿井水DOM含量为0.17~3.10 mg/L,均值为1.57 mg/L;下组煤矿井水DOM含量为0.12~3.76 mg/L,均值为0.69 mg/L。矿井水共有3个荧光组分,为大分子类陆源腐殖质物质,小分子类陆源腐殖质物质和类蛋白物质。相比上组煤矿井水,下组煤矿井水DOM具有较高的E2/E3、S_(R)、BIX、FI和SUV_(254)值,较低的HIX和β∶α值,这可能与乳化油的泄漏有关。 The sources and distribution of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in mine water of Huabei mining area were analyzed using the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum(UV-vis)method and three-dimensional excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy-parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC).Results showed that DOM concentration ranged from 0.17 mg/L to 3.10 mg/L,with a mean value of 1.57 mg/L;while the DOM concentrations changed from 0.12 mg/L to 3.76 mg/L,with a mean value of 0.69 mg/L in deep mine water,respectively.EEM-PARAFAC models and spectral parameter analysis identified higher molecular and low molecular weight humic acid-like structures,protein-like components dominated shallow and deep mine water DOM.Compared with shallow mine water,DOM had lower degrees of humification and more freshly terrestrial substances with higher BIX,E2/E3 ratio,S_(R),SUV_(254),and FI,lower HIX,β:α values in deep mine water owing to emulsion oil leakage.
