摘要
进一步推进盲人数字阅读是“十四五”时期公共文化服务建设的重要内容。关怀伦理为盲人数字图书馆信息服务明确了生命平等的价值基点、自主交互的发生图式和关系发展的终极旨归。在关怀伦理的关照下,盲人数字图书馆建设中存在阅读推广、资源开发、服务形式、服务评价方面的不足,应从培育社会化数字阅读推广体系、构建信息融合共享机制、营造个性互动阅读环境、树立基于关怀价值观的评价机制等角度创新发展,以提升未来盲人数字阅读服务的质量,促进该群体的全面发展,让公共文化服务更公平有效。
Further promoting digital reading for the blind is an important part of the construction of public cultural ser-vices during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Caring ethics provides the concepts of life equality,autono-mous interaction and relationship development for the information service of the blind digital library.There are deficiencies in reading promotion,resource development,service form,and service evaluation in the con-struction of digital libraries for the blind,and innovating a socialized digital reading promotion system,build-ing an information integration and sharing mechanism,creating a personalized interactive reading environ-ment,and establishing an evaluation mechanism based on caring values,so as to improve the quality of digi-tal reading services for the blind in the future.
