摘要
为确保大跨度预制薄壁预应力渡槽吊装施工安全、结构物完整、因吊装影响质量,在安徽省望江县花凉亭灌区综合改造工程(一期)南干渠改线渡槽施工过程中,结合渡槽特点(单跨长度30m)、现场地质条件、交通、安全等因素,提出了扁担梁吊装方法。此吊装方法不仅确保了渡槽吊装过程中结构件与设计整体受弯状态基本一致,而且确保了槽身整体结构质量安全,表现出作业效率高、周期短、节约成本等优点,具有一定的推广价值。
To ensure the safety of the hoisting construction of large-span prefabricated thin-walled prestressed aqueducts and the integrity of the structures,as well as to maintain the quality unaffected by hoisting,in the construction process of the South Canal realignment aqueduct for the Comprehensive Transformation Project(Phase I)in the Hualiangting Irrigation Area of Wangjiang County,Anhui Province,a gantry beam hoisting method was proposed.This hoisting method takes into account the characteristics of the aqueduct(single-span length of 30 meters),on-site geological conditions,transportation,safety,and other factors.This hoisting method not only ensures that the structural components maintain a consistent bending state with the overall design during the hoisting process but also ensures the overall structural quality of the aqueduct.It demonstrates advantages such as high operational efficiency,short construction period,and cost savings.It holds certain value for wider adoption and implementation.
