摘要
在“双碳”目标发展战略背景下,如何在确保国家经济高速增长的同时,实现绿色低碳、可持续发展,成为当下的焦点议题。结合A市制造业转型战略对碳排放量的影响,从人才、科技和创新角度进行剖析,明确制造业绿色转型路径。通过结合当地特色发展制造业,突出绿色循环发展,加快完善制造业产业链现代化体系,提高自主创新能力,推进制造业高质量发展,助力制造业早日实现“双碳”目标。
Under the background of the development strategy of"dual-carbon"target,how to achieve green,low-carbon and sustainable development while ensuring the country's rapid economic growth has become the focus of the current issue.Combined with the impact of the transformation strategy of manufacturing industry in City A on carbon emissions,we analyse from the perspectives of talent,science and technology,and innovation,and clarify the path of green transformation of the manufacturing industry.By combining the local characteristics of the manufacturing industry,highlighting the green cycle development,accelerating the improvement of the modernisation system of the manufacturing industry chain,improving the capability of independent innovation,promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and helping the manufacturing industry to achieve the goal of"double-carbon"at an early date.
