摘要
在传统制造业数字化转型的大趋势下,钢铁行业还存在转型意识薄弱、生产过程数字化水平低、缺少数据中台等阻碍企业数字化转型的因素。结合河钢集团数字化转型成功经验,提出钢铁企业数字化转型路径,以期促进钢铁行业数字化转型、实现高质量发展。
Under the trend of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry,the iron and steel industry still exists factors that hinder the digital transformation of enterprises,such as weak transformation awareness,low level of digitalisation of the production process,and the lack of a data middle office.Combined with the successful experience of digital transformation of Hesteel Group,the path of digital transformation of iron and steel enterprises is proposed in order to promote the digital transformation of the iron and steel industry and achieve high-quality development.
