摘要
目的 研究复杂曲面刀具轨迹规划方法,以实现闭环型复杂曲面平底刀五轴数控高效加工。方法 针对目前的投影法不适用于闭环型复杂曲面的缺陷,在总结平底刀和螺旋走刀模式基础上,基于闭环型复杂曲面连续封闭的特性,提出一条展开式的投影映射新思路,应用求截交曲线弧长的方法将复杂曲面投影映射到二维平面上,规划完成螺旋曲线后逆映射回复杂曲面,得到完整的螺旋刀具轨迹。结果 采用这种新螺旋刀具轨迹规划方法的加工效率较之UG轨迹规划方法提高了12.36%。结论 基于投影法的闭环型复杂曲面螺旋刀具轨迹生成方法使生成的刀具轨迹连续进给,实现了复杂曲面高速连续切削加工,在保证加工精度的基础上显著提高加工效率。
The tool path planning method of complex curved surface is studied to realize the five-axis CNC machining of complex curved flat-bottom cutter with closed loop.In view of the defect that the current projection method is not suitable for closed-loop complex surfaces,a new idea of expansion projection mapping is proposed based on the characteristics of continuous closure of closed-loop complex surfaces based on the summary of flatbottom cutter and spiral cutter mode.The complex surface is projected onto a two-dimensional plane by the method of finding the arc length of intersecting curve,and the complex surface is reversely mapped back after the spiral curve is planned.The complete spiral tool path is obtained.The machining efficiency of this new spiral tool trajectory planning method is increased by 12.36%compared with UG trajectory planning method.The closed-loop spiral tool path generation method based on projection method can make the generated tool path continuous feed,realize the high-speed continuous cutting of complex surface,and significantly improve the machining efficiency on the basis of ensuring the machining accuracy.
