摘要
近年来,ESG(Environmental、Social、Governance)投资作为一种引入环境、社会和公司治理理念指导投资决策的新兴模式,在全球范围内迅速发展。通过回顾ESG投资的兴起背景和发展历程,分析其在我国的推广情况,系统梳理了我国ESG投资的发展阶段、实际效应及所面临的挑战,在此基础上提出了针对性的政策建议,以期进一步完善我国ESG投资的顶层设计和制度建设。
ESG investment,as an emerging model that introduces environmental,social and corporate governance concepts to guide investment decisions,has developed rapidly worldwide in recent years.The paper reviews the background and development process of the rise of ESG investment,and focuses on analyzing its promotion in China.The development stages,actual effects and challenges faced by ESG investment in China are sorted out.On this basis,targeted policy recommendations are proposed for further optimizing China’s top-level design and institutional infrastructure of ESG investment.
