摘要
电潜泵采油是海上油田开发最重要的采油方式,因海上作业费用巨大,提升潜油电泵井运转寿命是降本增效的重要手段。常规潜油电泵井经常在泵合理排量范围之外运行,导致止推轴承、减磨垫及机械密封磨损,以及机组的效率降低、故障失效等问题,通过专题研究,研发了一种新的宽幅泵型,提升泵对油井产能变化的适应性。现场应用过程表明,宽幅潜油电泵技术可有效增宽泵的高效区,使泵长期处于轻载运行状态,并稳定运行在合理排量范围之内,达到了提升电泵井管理水平和延长单井寿命的效果,实现了油田开发生产成本的降低。
Electric submersible pump(ESP)technology is the most important oil extraction method for offshore oilfield development.Due to the huge cost of offshore operations,improving the operating life of electric submersible pump wells is an important means to reduce costs and increase efficiency.A special study was conducted to address the issue of convention al electric submersible pump wells frequent operating outside the reasonable displacement range of the pump,resulting in wear of thrust bearings,wear reducing pads,and mechanical seals,accelerating the efficiency reduction and failure of the unit.A new wide-range pump type was developed to enhance the adaptability of the pump to changes in oil well production capacity.The process of onsite application shows that the wide range electric submersible pump technology can effectively widen the efficient zone of the pump,allow the pump to operate in light load for a long time and operation within the reasonable displacement range.This has achieve the effect of improving the management level of the electric pump well and extending the lifespan of individual well,and reduce the production cost of oilfield development.
