摘要
五轴加工中心具备高效率及高精度的优异性能,在超精密加工制造中被广泛应用,分析其存在的误差类型与误差补偿方法极其重要。为此,通过分析近年来国内外五轴加工中心误差的测量方法及五轴加工中心误差研究状况,包括对几何误差、热变形误差、动态误差三者的分析和补偿,建议进一步加强综合误差模型基础研究和高质量实际运用成果的产出,提高成果转化及扩散,以促进我国超精密零件加工制造技术的提升。
Five-axis machining centers are widely used in ultra precision machining and manufacturing due to their excellent performance of high efficiency and precision.It is extremely important to analyze the main error types and error compensation methods.This paper provides an overview of the measurement methods for errors in five-axis machining centers both domestically and internationally in recent years,as well as the research status of errors in five-axis machining centers,including the analysis and compensation of geometric errors,thermal deformation errors,and dynamic errors.It is recommended to further strengthen the basic research of comprehensive error models,enhance the output of high-quality practical application results,improve the transformation and diffusion of results,and promote the technological improvement of ultra precision parts processing and manufacturing.
