甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中采用化学发光免疫测定技术的作用探讨

摘要 目的探讨将化学发光免疫测定技术(CLIA)应用于甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中的价值,为疾病诊疗工作提供参考。方法将医院接受诊疗的90例疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者作为探究主体,全部患者均进行生化免疫检验,检验方式包括CLIA、免疫放射分析法(RIA),分析两种检验方式下个数检测差异性、甲状腺球蛋白与甲状腺激素水平,同时以病理结果作为诊断金标准,对两种检验方式的检出情况、特异度、敏感度、准确性实施评价,研究日期是2020年7月-2021年7月。结果CLIA法甲状腺球蛋白水平较RIA高,甲状腺球蛋白个数较RIA法多,P<0.05;CLIA法TSH、FT4、FT3水平均高于RIA法,P<0.05;CLIA阴性符合率、阳性符合率、准确性、特异度、敏感度均高于RIA,P<0.05。结论在甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中,CLIA具有较高的检验价值,特异度、敏感度、准确性较高,可为甲状腺肿瘤患者早期诊断、治疗方案提供可靠的依据,临床价值较高。 Objective To explore the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in biochemical immunoassay of patients with thyroid tumors,and to provide reference for disease diagnosis and treatment.Methods 90 patients with suspected thyroid tumors who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital were taken as the main body of inquiry.All patients were given biochemical immunity advice.The test methods included CLIA and immunoradiometric analysis(RIA).Thyroglobulin and thyroid hormone levels,and pathological results as the gold standard for diagnosis,to evaluate the detection,specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of the two testing methods.The study date is July 2020-July 2021.Results The level of thyroglobulin in the CLIA method was higher than that in the RIA method,and the number of thyroglobulin was more than that in the RIA method,P<0.05;the levels of TSH,FT4 and FT3 in the CLIA method were higher than those in the RIA method,P<0.05;the CLIA negative coincidence rate,positive The coincidence rate,accuracy,specificity and sensitivity were higher than those of RIA,P<0.05.Conclusion In the biochemical immunoassay of thyroid tumor patients,CLIA has high test value,high specificity,sensitivity and accuracy,and can provide a reliable basis for early diagnosis and treatment plan of patients with thyroid tumor,and has high clinical value.
