“双减”政策背景下12~14岁女生的体力活动水平现状及分析

摘要 探究在“双减”政策下,青春期女生的身体活动是否达到推荐量,对其体力活动水平现状进行分析。该研究以60名12~14岁的女生作为测试对象,使用三轴加速度计对其体力活动时间进行测试,采用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法等方法进行分析,并得出结果。结果表明:12~14岁女生的中高强度的体力活动时间可以达到运动指南的运动时间,每天运动时间可达60 min。12岁女生中高强度的体力活动时间较短;13岁女生的静坐时间较长;14岁女生的中高强度体力活动的时间最长,一周的运动步数最高。建议12岁女生增加中高强度的运动时间,13岁、14岁女生增加高强度的运动时间,以提高12~14岁女生的身体机能水平。 This study aims to explore whether the physical activity of girls in pubertal development can reach recommendation quantity under the"double reduction"policy,and analyze the current situation of their physical activity level.This study took 60 girls aged 12~14 as test objects,used the triaxial accelerometer to test their physical activity time,used the literature method,test method,mathematical statistical method and other methods to analyze it,and obtained results.The results show that the medium-and high-intensity physical activity time of girls aged 12~14 could reach exercise time in the exercise guide with the exercise time of 60 minutes every day,among which 12-year-old girls had shorter medium-and high-intensity physical activity time,13-year-old girls had long meditation time,and 14-year-old girls had the longest time of medium-and high-intensity physical activities with the highest number of exercise steps a week.It is suggested that 12-year-old girls increase medium-and high-intensity exercise time,and that girls aged 13~14 increase high-intensity exercise time,so as to increase the physical function level of girls aged 12~14.
