摘要
中国共产党自诞生就把为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴作为党的初心使命。人民是党执政最大的底气,人民的问题是党和国家的根本问题。新时代以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央持续推进党和人民的事业,不断丰富和发展人民观,这也成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。习近平人民观以马克思主义人民观为思想支撑,以中华优秀传统文化中的民本思想为文化积淀,与一百年来中国共产党的人民观既一脉相承又与时俱进。习近平人民观以党的初心和使命为内在动力,以人民立场为深层动因,以人民对美好生活的向往为奋斗目标,以人民至上的原则为实践认识。习近平人民观的发展保障了党的执政生命力,提升了国家抵御风险的能力,推动了世界范围内人类命运共同体的建构。深刻领悟习近平人民观,对全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程具有重要意义。
Since its birth,the CPC has taken as its original mission to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.The people are the basis of the greatest confidence of the Party’s governance.The issue of the people is the fundamental issue of the Party and the state.Since the New Era,the Central Committee of the CPC with Xi Jinping at its core leadership has continuously promoted the cause of the CPC and the Chinese people,enriched and developed the concept of the people,which has also become an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.Xi Jinping’s conceptualization of the people originates from the Marxist view of the people and the people-oriented thought in the essence of Chinese culture.It inherits the view of the people by the CPC over more than one hundred years and at the current time.Xi Jinping’s conceptualization of the people takes the CPC’s original intention and mission as its internal motivation,the people's position as its deep motivation,the people’s yearning for a better life as its goal,and the principle of people first as its practical understanding.The development of Xi Jinping's outlook on people has guaranteed the ruling vitality of the CPC,enhanced China's capacity to resist risks,and promoted the building of a community with a shared future for mankind worldwide.To profoundly understand Xi Jinping's conceptualization of the people is of great significance for China to embark on the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and to promote new development.
