摘要
在公路建成之后,受到车辆荷载和外界自然因素的影响,公路会出现裂缝等质量问题,这也是养护管理工作重点要解决的问题。目前,农村公路的养护管理工作尚未达成预期目标。本文探讨了农村公路养护管理工作的重要作用,针对目前国内农村公路养护管理工作在组织机构、资金投入、工作队伍等方面的发展现状进行分析,结合农村公路养护管理工作在管理工作机制、思想观念、养护资金投入和工作队伍建设方面存在的问题,有针对性地提出了解决对策。
After the completion of highways,quality problems such as cracks often occur due to vehicle loads and external natural factors,which are also the key issues to be addressed in maintenance management work.At present,the rural road maintenance and management work has not yet achieved the expected goals.This article explores the important role of rural road maintenance and management work,analyzes the current development status of rural road maintenance and management work in terms of organizational structure,fund investment,and team building,and proposes targeted solutions based on the problems existing in the management mechanism,ideological concepts,maintenance fund investment,and team building of rural road maintenance and management work.
