铜覆钢铜层失效的快速检测方法及其应用

摘要 由于铜覆钢接地材料兼具铜和钢的优点,在变电站接地工程中的应用逐渐增多。表面铜层的完整性是决定其寿命的关键指标,一旦铜层被破坏,反而会加速内部钢的腐蚀,缩短其使用寿命。本文基于铁的化学显色检测原理,优选了一种由醋酸水溶液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)和邻菲啰啉组成的用于现场快速检测铜覆钢覆铜层失效与否的指示剂。该指示剂灵敏度高,显色效果好,对各种类型的缺陷都具有良好的响应,通过目视就能快速判断铜层是否失效,还具有较高的环境效益。 The application of copper-clad steel having the advantages of both copper and steel as a grounding material in substation engineering is increasing gradually.The integrity of copper coating is the key indicator to determine its service life.Once the steel matrix is exposed due to the destroy of copper coating,the corrosion of the steel underneath will be accelerated and then the service life of copper-clad steel will be shortened.Based on the color development reaction for determination of iron ions,an indicator composed of aqueous acetic acid solution,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO),and o-phenanthroline was prepared for rapid detection of copper coating failure in copper-clad steel on the field.The indicator has high sensitivity,distinct color change,good response to various types of defects,and environmental friendliness.The failure of copper coating on copper-clad steel can be determined rapidly by visual check.
