摘要
“东亚文化之都”是中、日、韩三国联合实施的中长期战略性项目。2022年潍坊市当选2024年“东亚文化之都”,这对于全面提升潍坊文化建设品质,向世界展示潍坊鲜明独特的多元文化提供了很好的契机。因此如何推动潍坊“东亚文化之都”建设,是一项紧迫性兼具挑战性的任务。该文首先阐述了潍坊“东亚文化之都”建设的有利条件,然后探讨了其在“东亚文化之都”建设过程中需坚持共建共享、协调发展、守正创新等原则,最后提出推进潍坊“东亚文化之都”建设的有效路径,包括注重顶层设计和整体统筹、努力营造共建共享的良好氛围等,以期为潍坊“东亚文化之都”建设提供理论参考,从而加快潍坊市文化旅游事业转型升级,促进潍坊文化的对外交流与合作,全面提升潍坊的城市影响力与知名度。
The"East Asian Cultural Capital"is a medium-and long-term strategic project jointly implemented by China,Japan,and Korea.In 2022,Weifang City was elected as the"Capital of East Asian Culture"in 2024.This provides a good opportunity for comprehensively improving the quality of Weifang's cultural construction and showcasing Weifang's distinctive and diverse culture to the world.Therefore,how to promote the construction of Weifang as the"Capital of East Asian Culture"is an urgent and challenging task.The article first elaborates on the favorable conditions for the construction of Weifang as the"Capital of East Asian Culture",then explores the principles of co construction and sharing,coordinated development,and innovation in the process of building the"Capital of East Asian Culture".Finally,it proposes an effective path to promote the construction of Weifang as the"Capital of East Asian Culture",including emphasizing top-level design and overall planning,and striving to create a good atmosphere of co-construction and sharing,in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of Weifang as the"Capital of East Asian Culture",accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Weifang's cultural tourism industry,promote external exchanges and cooperation of Weifang culture,and comprehensively enhance Weifang's urban influence and reputation.
