摘要
合肥市在深入践行习近平生态文明思想的实践中进行了多年探索并取得阶段性成果,但生态文明建设和生态环境保护仍处于“关键期”,经济发展和生态环境保护之间的矛盾仍然存在,生态治理体系和治理能力现代化水平亟待提升等问题依然存在。合肥市全力推进生态文明建设高质量发展,要加强领导,完善工作机制;要量化明责,加强环境检测;要全程监督,压实主体责任;要优化环境,强化科技支撑;要区域协作,融入长三角共保联治。
In the practice of deeply implementing XI jin-ping’s concept of maintaining ecological civilization,Hefei City has conducted for many years and achieved phased results.However,the construction of ecological civilization and ecological environmental protection are still in the“critical period”,the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment protection still exists,and the modernization level of the ecological governance system and governance capacity urgently needs to be improved.Hefei City should fully promote the high-quality development of ecological civilization construction.In addition,the following are vital:strengthening leadership and improving work mechanisms;quantifying responsibilities and strengthening environmental monitoring;supervising the entire process and strengthening the main responsibility;optimizing the environment and strengthening technological support;promoting regional cooperation and integrating into the joint protection and governance of the Yangtze River Delta.
