摘要
公安院校的课堂教学内容偏重于法律、法规和警务实践,方式更加注重模拟实际警务场景的实践教学。这种情况决定了公安院校课堂教学质量的评价不能完全遵循普通高等院校一般性的评价模式,而是应依据教育目标、课程特点及学生需求,结合实际执法环境和公安工作要求制定更为具体、细致的评价体系。鉴于成果导向理念在近年来公安院校课堂教学中的逐步渗透与应用的现状,构建基于OBE理念的课堂教学质量评价体系,从学生、教师和教学环境三个维度构建相应的指标体系,可为课堂教学质量评价提供科学的方案参考。
The classroom teaching content of public security colleges determines that the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in public security colleges and universities can not fully follow the general evaluation model of ordinary colleges and universities,but should formulate more specific and detailed evaluation system based on educational objectives,curriculum characteristics and students’needs.In view of the gradual penetration and application of achievement-oriented in classroom teaching in public security colleges and universities,a classroom teaching quality evaluation system based on the OBE concept is built,and a corresponding index system is built from three dimensions of students,teachers and teaching environment,which can provide a scientific program reference for classroom teaching quality evaluation.
