工业废水处理过程节能优化控制方法探究

摘要 社会经济的快速发展使工业建设规模日渐扩大,废水排出量增多。工业废水中的污染成分复杂,实际处理难度很高,为满足节能减排发展需求,应使用更加适宜的废水处理方式,加强废水处理全过程管控力度,提升废水资源利用率,基于此,本文首先分析了工业废水种类及危害,提出现有工业废水处理技术;然后分析了存在于工业废水中的各类问题;最后制定出工业废水处理中的节能优化控制对策,以供参考。 The rapid development of social economy leads to the increasing expansion of industrial construction scale and increases the wastewater output.The pollutant components in industrial wastewater are complex,and the actual treatment is very difficult.In order to meet the development needs of energy conservation and emission reduction,more suitable wastewater treatment methods should be used to strengthen the whole-process management and control of wastewater treatment,and increase the utilization rate of wastewater resources.Based on this condition,this paper first analyzes the types and hazards of industrial wastewater,puts forward the existing industrial wastewater treatment technologies,then analyzes various problems in industrial wastewater,and finally formulates energy-saving optimization control countermeasures in industrial wastewater treatment for reference.
