摘要
在建筑围护结构中掺入相变材料能达到蓄放热、改善热工性能和节能目的。介绍了相变材料的分类、选择,求解相变传热过程方法。分析了围护结构与相变材料热工性能的相关性,热工性能受地区气候、室内环境、相变材料热物性、相变材料封装及应用方式等影响。通过相变砖、相变混凝土、相变砂浆和相变墙板等的应用,表明相变温度接近环境温度的算术平均值,相变材料封装面积、传热系数、潜热的增大,可有效地提高其热工性能和节能效果。研究相变围护结构的热工性能对建筑节能降碳具有重要意义。
Adding phase change materials to building envelopes can achieve the goals of heat storage and release,improve thermal performance,and energy conservation.This paper introduced the classification and selection of phase change materials,as well as methods for solving phase change heat transfer processes.The correlation between the thermal performance of the envelope structure and phase change material was analyzed.The thermal performance was influenced by regional climate,indoor environment,thermal properties of phase change materials,encapsulation and application methods of phase change materials,etc.Through the application of phase change bricks,phase change concrete,phase change mortar,and phase change wall panels,it was shown that the phase change temperature was close to the arithmetic mean of the ambient temperature,and the increase of encapsulation area,heat transfer coefficient and latent heat of phase change materials could effectively improve their thermal performance and energy efficiency.Studying the thermal performance of phase change envelope structures is of great significance for building energy conservation and carbon reduction.
