碳点基纳米酶用于生物治疗的研究进展

摘要 纳米酶是目前应用最为广泛的人工酶,以碳点(CDs)为基础的纳米酶具有更加优良的催化性能、生物相容性、环境亲和性、制作成本更低及环境限制更少等优势,已经被应用于抗癌治疗、抗菌治疗及抗炎治疗等领域。对近几年国内外报道的CDs基纳米酶研究进展进行了概况总结,着重讲述其在抗肿瘤、抗菌及抗炎方面的生物治疗应用,最后对CDs基纳米酶的发展前景进行展望。 Nanozymes are currently the most widely used artificial enzymes,carbon dots(CDs)-based nanoenzymes have been used in the fields of anti-cancer therapy,antibacterial therapy and anti-inflammatory therapy because of their advantages of better catalytic performance,biocompatibility,environmental affinity,lower production cost and less environmental restrictions.Therefore,the research progress of CDs-based nanozymes at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed,focusing on their biotherapeutic applications in anti-tumor,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,and finally the development prospects of CDs-based nanozymes were discussed.
