基于判断矩阵的广西林果产品绿色供应链运营模式研究

摘要 在借鉴传统供应链运营模式的基础上,通过对林果产品生产和销售情况的调查,建立了林果产品绿色供应链运营模式。同时,构建了林果产品绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法—模糊综合评价法,根据各指标的判断矩阵,获得客观科学的供应链绩效评价结果,从而实现有效的供应链绩效管理。以广西桂林市砂糖橘产品为例,考虑绿色供应链运作模式中所包含的各要素,选取6个一级指标以及23个二级指标,基于判断矩阵对绿色供应链绩效评价结果进行计算,绩效评价了各项指标的得分分别为:绿色采购72.51分,绿色生产74.676分,绿色设计74.506分,绿色物流72.68分,绿色营销为71.517分,绿色消费为78.876分,砂糖橘产品绿色供应链处于较高水平。基于此,相比绿色消费,绿色营销具有更大的提升空间,可为优化林果产品绿色供应链运营模式提供参考。 Based on the traditional supply chain operation mode,the green supply chain operation mode of forest and fruit products is established through the investigation of the production and sales of forest and fruit products.At the same time,the green supply chain performance evaluation index system of forest fruit products is constructed,and the hierarchical analysis method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to obtain objective and scientific supply chain performance evaluation results according to the judgement matrix of each index,so as to achieve effective supply chain performance management.In this paper,taking Guangxi Guilin sugar orange products as an example,considering the elements included in the green supply chain operation mode,six primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators are selected,and the results of green supply chain performance evaluation are calculated based on the judgement matrix,and the scores of each indicator of the performance evaluation are as follows:green purchasing 72.51,green production 74.676,green design 74.506,green logistics 72.68,green marketing 71.517,and green consumption 78.876 points.The green supply chain of sugar orange products is at a better level.Based on this,it is pointed out that compared with green consumption,green marketing has more room for improvement,which provides a reference for optimizing the operation mode of green supply chain of forest and fruit products.
