基于大跨度双坡梯形钢屋架整体吊装施工技术

摘要 以随州新能源项目的石墨化车间为例,对钢屋架整体吊装的主要做法和技术措施进行了研究,提出了通过优化设计吊点的位置,采用双目识别技术监测钢屋架两台吊车整体吊装中的同步性,解决了现有技术中施工工作量大、安全隐患大的问题。进一步介绍了大跨度双坡梯形钢屋架包括左端钢屋架、中间钢屋架、右端钢屋架、连接腹杆等,详细说明了新技术的特点、工艺流程、操作要点等,总结了新技术与现有技术相比的有益效果,为大跨度双坡梯形钢屋架整体吊装提供了施工经验,可在类似工程中借鉴和推广。 Taking the graphitization workshop in Suizhou new energy project as an example,the main methods and technical measures of the integral hoisting of steel roof truss are studied,and the synchronization of the two cranes in the integral hoisting of steel roof truss is monitored by using binocular recognition technology through optimizing the location of the lifting point,which solves the problems of large construction workload and large safety risks in the available technology.The paper further introduces the large-span double-slope trapezoidal steel roof truss,including the left end steel roof truss,the middle steel roof truss,the right-end steel roof truss,the connecting rod,and so on.The characteristics,process flow and operation points of the new technology are described in detail,and the beneficial effect of the new technology compared with the available technology is summarized.The construction experience is provided for the integral hoisting of the large-span double-slope trapezoidal steel roof truss,which can be used for reference and popularization in similar projects.
