摘要
睡眠剥夺(SD)目前已成为部分工作者的常态化工作模式,受其影响所导致的一系列问题已发展为现代社会不容忽视的公共卫生问题。静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)可对活体脑功能产生的变化进行可视化分析,是研究睡眠剥夺作用机制的重要手段。基于rs-fMRI的各种分析方法在近年来得到不断发展,其数据分析处理方法主要包括低频振幅分析法、局部一致性分析法、功能连接分析法等。本文拟从目前睡眠剥夺的静息态功能磁共振成像技术的分析方法进行综述,以期加深对睡眠剥夺发病机制的了解,并对其诊断及治疗的不断完善提供理论帮助。
Sleep deprivation(SD)has become a normal working mode of some workers,and a series of problems brought by it have developed into public health problems that cannot be ignored in modern society.The resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)can visually analyze the changes in brain function in vivo,and is an important means to study the mechanisms on sleep deprivation.Various analysis methods based on rs-fMRI have been continuously developed in recent years,and their data analysis and processing methods mainly include low-frequency amplitude analysis,local consistency analysis,functional connection analysis,etc.This article will review the current analysis methods of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging technology for sleep deprivation,with a view to further understanding the pathogenesis of the disease,and providing a theoretical assistance for the continuous improvement of its diagnosis and treatment.
