摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈和田野调查等方法,以教育部推进民族传统体育进校园倡议为背景,对藏族赛马进西藏中小学校园的推广价值、局限性、可行性及对策进行研究.研究认为:藏族赛马进西藏中小学校园主要有健身价值、文化价值与实践价值;局限性主要体现在教学师资力量匮乏、文化传承意识薄弱、教学资源不足;可行性表现在国家政策的推动、广泛的群众基础、藏族赛马进校园需求与日俱增.鉴于此,提出丰富赛马教学师资力量、增强校园赛马文化传承意识、优化西藏中小学赛马教学资源等对策,为实现藏族赛马进西藏中小学校园提供参考.
Using the methods of literature,expert interviews and fieldwork,this paper studied the promotion values,limitations,feasibility and countermeasures of Xizang′s horse racing entering primary and secondary schools in Xizang against the background of the Ministry of Education′s initiative to promote traditional ethnic sports into schools.The study shows that there are fitness value,cultural value and practical value for Xizang′s horse racing to be introduced into primary and secondary schools in Xizang;the limitations are mainly reflected in the lack of teaching faculty,the weak awareness of cultural inheritance and insufficient teaching resources;the feasibility is manifested in the promotion of national policies,the support of the broad mass foundation,and the increasing demand for Xizang′s horse racing to be introduced into campuses.In view of this,some countermeasures are proposed such as enriching the teaching faculty of horse racing,enhancing the awareness of horse racing cultural inheritance on campus,and optimizing the teaching resources of horse racing in primary and secondary schools in Xizang,which provides reference for the realization of Xizang′s horse racing entering primary and secondary schools in Xizang.
