摘要
供水工程钢板桩插打工程是基础工程建设的重要内容。在供水工程钢板桩插打施工过程中,不仅要全面监测周围地表结构的沉降情况,还要观察基坑回弹情况和支护结构形状,防止物体撞击、高空坠落、倒塌、机械损伤等安全事件的发生。供水工程钢板桩插打作业包括钢板桩插打等诸多内容的施工,施工单位开始绘制供水工程钢板桩插打图纸要认真研究,组织专家论证,更要认真组织过硬的队伍参加施工,按照施工图纸、程序、规范和标准进行施工。为了保证施工的安全与顺利进行,文章结合某水库供水工程钢板桩插打实例,分析了供水工程钢板桩插打施工工艺控制要点,希望可以为今后的类似工程提供一些经验与参考。
The steel sheet pile insertion project of water supply engineering is an important content of foundation engineering construction.During the construction of steel sheet piles insertion for water supply projects,it is necessary not only to comprehensively monitor the settlement of surrounding surface structures,but also to observe the rebound situation of the foundation pit and the shape of the support structure,to prevent the occurrence of safety events such as object impact,falling from height,collapse,mechanical damage,and so on.The steel sheet pile insertion construction for water supply engineering includes the construction of many contents such as steel sheet pile insertion.When the construction unit starts to draw the steel sheet pile insertion drawings for water supply engineering,it is necessary to carefully study them,organize experts to demonstrate,and more importantly,carefully organize a strong team to participate in the construction,and carry out the construction in accordance with the construction drawings,procedures,specifications,and standards.In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the construction,this paper analyzes the key points of the construction process control of steel sheet pile insertion in a water supply project based on an example of steel sheet pile insertion for a reservior water supply project.Ihope it can provide some corresponding experience and reference for similar projects in the future.
