摘要
受经济社会快速发展、城镇化进程加快和全球气候变化加剧的影响,中国受干旱灾害的影响日益加剧。抗旱应急工程建设是新时期国家兴水战略的重要举措,是美丽乡村的保障性工程。绥阳县,位于贵州省北部,大娄山脉中段,属亚热带季风气候,水热同季。近年在2009、2010、2011和2013年持续干旱期间,当地几乎所有的地表水源水量均变小或干涸。2010年出现历史罕见的旱灾,2013年6月全县高温少雨,旱灾严重,造成居民饮用水困难,多粮田受灾。为解决因旱引发的各种灾害,结合绥阳县工程性缺水的突出矛盾,加快抗旱应急工程建设,文章围绕绥阳县概况对抗旱应急工程进行设计,以保证抗旱应急工程质量,解决项目区农村居民抗旱应急集中供水问题,并对当地的农业生产起到积极作用。
Affected by the rapid economic and social development,the acceleration of urbanization and the intensification of global climate change,China is increasingly affected by drought disasters.The construction of the drought relief emergency project is an important measure of the national water strategy in the new era,and a supprotability project for the beautiful countryside.Suiyang County,located in the north of Guizhou Province and in the middle of the Dalou Mountains,has a subtropical monsoon climate with water and heat in the same season.In recent years,during the continuous drought in 2009,2010,2011 and 2013,almost all of the local surface water sources have decreased or dried up.In 2010,there was a rare drought in history.In June 2013,the whole county had high temperature and little rain.The drought was serious,which made it difficult for residents to drink water,and many grain fields were affected.In order to solve various disasters caused by drought and to speed up the construction of drought relief emergency project,combining the prominent contradiction of engineering water shortage in Suiyang County,the article designs the drought relief emergency project based on the general situation of Suiyang County to ensure the quality of drought relief emergency project,solve the problem of centralized water supply for drought relief of rural residents in the project area,and play a positive role in local agricultural production.
