Electrical engineering plays a crucial role in modern society,and the application of automation technology provides effective means for the management and control of electrical systems.This article analyzes the significance,application principles,and current development status of electrical engineering automation technology,focusing on the key aspects of energy-saving design in electrical engineering automation.Through clear energy-saving design principles,reasonable transformer selection,reduction of electrical energy consumption,application of reactive power compensation technology,and improvement of system efficiency,the aim is to provide effective guidance for the sustainable development and intelligence of electrical engineering.
