摘要
跨境电商家具产品由于起步晚、发展慢、专业性不足等问题尚不能满足消费者的主要诉求。而境外用户需求由于距离远、文化差异大等原因难以通过主流的用户调研手段进行收集分析。本文通过八爪鱼采集工具对跨境电商平台的用户在线评论进行收集,通过AntConc平台进行数据预处理,通过共现矩阵进行文本分析,以PCMS系统为理论框架,对跨境电商板式衣柜中存在的关键用户需求进行提炼整合,得出跨境电商板式衣柜产品设计要点。同时,本研究方法对于其他电商家具的研究也具备一定借鉴意义。结论表明,用户需求聚焦在组装、功能和外观三方面,总结跨境电商衣柜的设计要点为关注组装体验和说明书可读性、关注板式衣柜的多场景适配性及注重产品外观适应性设计。通过两款跨境电商平台畅销产品的用户评论分析,进一步验证了设计要点的准确性,为跨境电商板式衣柜的设计研发提供指导。
Due to the late start,slow development,and lack of professionalism,cross-border e-commerce furniture products cannot meet the main demands of consumers.However,the needs of overseas users are difficult to collect and analyze by primary user research methods due to the long distance and great cultural differences.In this paper,the Octopus Web Scraping tool was used to collect online-user comments from cross-border e-commerce platforms.Data was preprocessed through AntConc platform,text analysis was carried out through a co-occurrence matrix,and the key user demands in cross-border e-commerce panel wardrobe products were extracted and integrated with the theoretical framework of PCMS system.The key design points of cross-border e-commerce panel wardrobe products were obtained.Meanwhile,this research method is also capable of other e-commerce furniture design research.The conclusions show that user demands focus on assembly,functionality,and appearance.The design principles for cross-border e-commerce wardrobes include focusing on the assembly experience and readability of instructions,paying attention to the multi-scenario adaptability of panel wardrobe systems,and emphasizing the appearance adaptability of the product design.Through the analysis of user comments on two best-selling products on cross-border e-commerce platforms,the accuracy of the design points was further verified,which provides guidance for the design and development of cross-border e-commerce panel wardrobe products.
